OUR LITTERS

Our Litters

We are currently expecting our first litter. We will require for families to fill out the application form to buy a puppy from us. It will be up to us to decide if you will be a best fit for our puppies. We look for loving, caring and responsible families or couples to provide a good home for the puppy’s lifetime. We do require $300 deposit in order to hold the puppy of your choice. We accept deposit payment in cash or email money transfer. The deposit is non-refundable, unless there is a problem with the health of your puppy while in our care. In that case, the buyer will have their choice of a full refund or hold that deposit for another available puppy from same litter or for next litter. The puppies will be up to date on shots, deworming and microchipped by the time they are ready for their forever homes. It is important families stay on top of continuing the vaccinations and deworming. We highly recommend not to expose your puppy to other unvaccinated dogs or to the dog parks until your puppy is FULLY vaccinated.

Our puppies will be sold strictly as top quality family pets. We will not sell our puppies to be bred or to be studded, therefore we don’t provide registration papers. We don’t expect our dogs and puppies to be show quality either. Additionally, we require potential owners to proof of other dogs in the home, being spayed / neutered.

For any reason you are not able to keep the puppy, you must return the puppy to us. You can not place the puppy in another home unless given permission by us. If puppy is returned within the first 30 days, only 1/2 of the purchase price will be refunded. The other half will be used to cover the cost of re-advertisement and vaccinations/deworming costs. If puppy is returned after 30 days, no money will be refunded.

As breeders, we don’t sell puppies, expecting to get them back. A forever home is supposed to be just that. Yes, life happens to the best of us, with issues such as illness, allergies, divorce, relocation, and financial problems. It can make it impossible for the owner to continue keeping a dog, despite the best of their intentions. No matter what the reason for not able to keep the puppy, we want to be notified. Even if your fully grown dog is going to live with another loving family member or friend, we will still want to know about any change of ownership. In order to be responsible for every puppy we bring into the world, we need to make sure they are in loving, responsible homes. We will also want the families to know we are available to provide guidance and advice you may need along the way. We care about our puppies and their families.
